How I work

I provide an initial free consultation for up to 30 minutes. This allows opportunity to explore what you are looking for from therapy and whether we would be a good match to help you reach these goals.

 

During the consultation, together we will determined how you would like the session to run; sometimes this might involve talking or working creatively – object work, art, writing or any form of self-expression you, the client, may like to try.

I offer both online and in-person sessions.

I work most weekdays and certain evenings.
